The gentleman who came out to do my, the job in question was carpet (water removal) and he was extremely, extremely professional. Roger at Quickdry went beyond the call of duty when our main kitchen line broke leaving gallons and gallons of water and waste under our house. He not only cleaned it up and dried the entire crawlspace, but he also inspected the area. After the inspection, he explained the plumbing problems he found and counseled us on what he would do---even though all the work was going to have to be done by a plumber and Quickdry wouldn't profit from it. Roger saved the day. Our house had a water main burst in the attic on a Sunday morning. After calling him at 10am, he appeared ready to help before noon. He worked all afternoon until he felt his equipment was ready to treat the water damage. Roger followed up everyday for the next 3 days to monitor and adjust his equipment until everything was dry. Roger also help with other professional recommendations to help put our home back together again. He was incredibly professional and honest.

Roger has cleaned the carpet in my house several times. He is very thorough and he has treated stains that I thought were impossible so that they wouldn't keep coming back up. When he is done, if there is an area he thinks could look better, he will take the time to go back over it again. He also has cleaned my tile floor - what an improvement for a very good price! To top it all off, he is always professional and friendly. I'll be a customer for life and recommend him to everybody!

We manage bank owned properties and rely heavily on knowledgeable vendors to complete estimates and work on time. Roger Christensen from 1 877 Quickdry Inc is our go to guy for carpet cleaning and water extraction. Roger is extremely efficient; we get our estimates from Roger often within an hours of requesting it, most contractor takes days to do this. Roger's work is professional and alway top notch. His pricing is alway fair. I highly recommend Roger for carpet cleaning and emergency water extractions.

Within days of moving into a rental house, it became clear that one room had been used as a litterbox by the previous owners' pet. The landlord attempted to blame the odor on our dogs, but Roger was able to establish forensically beyond any shadow of doubt that the damage to the carpet was done before we moved in. His report saved us a great deal of hassle with the landlord. Roger is highly intelligent and respectful and exactly the sort of person you want when you need to bring a stranger into your home to do work.

Quickdry is the best carpet cleaner in Sacramento. I've tried the other companies but Roger and Quckdry are the best. I've had tenants who've trashed carpets at my units. Roger is able to restore them back to new in some cases. Amazing!
